By accessing or using AIMyGlam, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Studio.

Only upload images, garments or other material that you own or are authorised to use. If an image includes another person, you are responsible for having their permission where it is required.

You give us the limited permission needed to process your submission and provide the requested result. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for how you use any output.

The Studio provides 10 free creation attempts per browser each day. The allowance is not a purchase, has no cash value and may be adjusted when necessary to protect the service from abuse.

If a generation fails, we return that attempt to the daily allowance. A returned attempt does not guarantee that a later request will succeed.

You may not use the Studio to:

• break the law, violate another person’s privacy or impersonate someone else;
• upload unlawful, harmful, exploitative or infringing material;
• probe, disrupt, overload or bypass limits, security measures or access controls; or
• present an AI preview as a verified fact, professional advice or a guaranteed outcome.

Results are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected details or visual artefacts. Check a result carefully before relying on it or sharing it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Studio to maintain quality, safety or availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every request will generate successfully.

To the extent permitted by law, the Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties about accuracy, suitability, availability or the fitness of a generated result for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Studio.
